Orders and enquiries

We use your name, email, delivery address, order details and any phone number provided to process orders, arrange delivery and provide customer support. Stripe or PayPal collects payment details securely; our website does not store card numbers. Supabase stores order and fulfilment records, and Resend delivers order notifications. Relevant delivery details are shared with suppliers and carriers so they can fulfil your order. We retain records as needed for service, accounting and applicable legal obligations.

Support and optional updates

Contact and wholesale forms use our company enquiry system. Submitting an enquiry also subscribes you to product updates, as disclosed beside the form; you can unsubscribe. Our IntellextAI assistant processes chat messages and connection information to answer product questions. Do not share sensitive information or payment details in a form or chat.

Site measurement

Google Fonts receives connection information when fonts load. Google Analytics optional storage defaults to denied until you accept; Google may receive cookieless signals when you decline. We exclude query strings and fragments, disable enhanced measurement and advertising personalisation, and omit Analytics and the chatbot from cart and payment-return pages. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice.

Overseas service providers and your choices

Our team operates from Thailand and uses service providers that may process information overseas. Access is limited to staff and providers who need it for the purposes above. We do not sell your personal information. Contact us to request access or correction, raise a privacy concern or ask about retention; we may need to verify your identity.
