New Zealand Manhole Cover is operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, Suite 71, 47 Moo 1, T. Nawoong, Meaung, Phetchaburi 76000, Thailand, Thai Tax ID 0765554000332. Our registered office is in Thailand.

Prices and payment

All product and checkout prices are in New Zealand dollars. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include any applicable GST. No GST is added at checkout. Standard delivery is NZ$25, free from NZ$100 after discounts. We show the total before payment. Stripe processes card checkout; PayPal processes PayPal checkout. Payments are collected by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd through the Buy Factory Direct account.

Orders and availability

An enquiry is not an order. After successful payment we send an order confirmation and arrange supply. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution or refund. We do not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Product fit and installation

Compare the clear opening, outer frame, depth and intended use before buying. All current covers are offered for pedestrian areas only. Have a qualified installer confirm the complete installation and follow the manufacturer instructions.

Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. Contact theteam@manholecover.co.nz so we can work to resolve an issue.
