After your order

Your payment confirmation includes your order reference. We send tracking details when your goods dispatch; payment confirmation is not a dispatch notification.

Need a tracking update?

Email theteam@manholecover.co.nz with your NZ order reference and delivery postcode, or use our contact form. Do not include payment card details. We will check the delivery with the supplier or carrier.

Allow 2 working days for handling, then up to 7 working days in transit. Transit time is in addition to handling.
