New Zealand delivery

Standard delivery is NZ$25. Delivery is free when your goods total is NZ$100 or more after discounts. The delivery charge is shown before you leave our cart for secure checkout.

Dispatch and transit

Allow 2 working days for handling, then up to 7 working days in transit. Transit time is in addition to handling.

Estimates are in working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay. Contact us before ordering for a date-critical project.

How your cover arrives

These products ship through our suppliers. Our Thailand registered office is not a New Zealand warehouse or collection point. Supplier shipping and import charges are covered by our advertised offer; we do not ask you to pay an unadvertised import surcharge after checkout.

Address and tracking

We deliver to New Zealand addresses only. Check your address and postcode at checkout. Tracking details are sent after dispatch; see tracking help. Contact theteam@manholecover.co.nz promptly if goods are missing, damaged or delayed.
